darumasakti applies a layered approach to account security and data governance, covering what we collect, how long we keep it, who can access it, and what you can request.

Data Collection Scope

We collect registration data, transaction records and session logs. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data shared with DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS stays within the payment provider's own privacy framework.

We use session cookies for login continuity and analytics cookies to understand page performance. You can disable non-essential cookies via your browser settings without losing access to your account or wallet functions.

Account Security

All account pages are served over TLS 1.2 or higher. Two-factor authentication is available under Account Settings → Security and we encourage you to enable it before your first withdrawal request is processed.

Transaction records are retained for five years to comply with Indonesian financial record-keeping norms. Profile data linked to a closed account is anonymised after 90 days unless a legal hold applies.

You may request a copy of all personal data we hold, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or request deletion where local law permits. Submit requests via the support email; we respond within two business days.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes about account decisions or data handling are reviewed by our compliance team first. If unresolved within 14 days, we provide written reasons and outline the next steps available to you under applicable law.

We collect your name, email address, phone number and payment identifiers such as your DANA or OVO account reference. We do not store your full payment credentials — those stay within the respective payment provider's system.
